Wee~ having a great weekend =)

Saturday- at home teaching people how to bake cheesecake. Haha

Long time never make cheesecake le due to the ingredients for making cheesecake is quite ex. Especially the philadelphia cream cheese.

This time round is brother ask me to teach him to make cheesecake cos he going to make one for his gf 2 weeks later. He say wen like choco and cheese. Chocolate+ cheese= Chocolate cheesecake. Haha, all the cost is pay by him.

Most of the time, I will make Oreo cheesecake but this time round, brother say he want chocolate flavours so I come up with duo toblerone choco cheesecake.

The appearance of the cheesecake look like a mud, haha, cos bro nv spread the top layer dark choco nicely. But when u cut open, it look better, there are 3 layers. 1st layer is the cookies, 2nd is the white chococheese and top layer is the dark chococheese. But the taste is not bad.


Today- wake up very early. Went ECP FISHING.

Didnt manage to catch a single fish. But saw many uncles fish diao cat fish. I also saw puffer fish, got poison de puffer fish and baby crabs crawling around the rocks.
