To beat mood swings, drink milk, eat cheese or yoghurt as calcium can make you less moody.
To stay calm, eat fruit, whole grains and candy.
To be happier, try to eat shrimp, tuna or salmom 2 or 3 times a week.
To stay focused, you will need protein, like turkey and cream cheese.
During the weekend, went on a shopping trip to unwind myself :)
Next weekend, hmmm going to have some fun.
I realised that recently my mood is like the letter M.
I also dont noe what had happened to me. Haha
